Routine Appointments

These are appointments for the treatment of ongoing medical issues. It is better if you see the same GP each time so please be aware of the days that your doctor works.

All of these appointments are bookable in advance, either Online or by Telephone.

If you feel that you need more time to discuss a problem, please book a double appointment. We ask that you be punctual and make one appointment for each person to be seen.

We will try to ensure that you are seen on time, but some consultations take longer than others and unforeseen emergencies can occur.

We are working together with other local practices to offer more appointments in the early mornings, evenings or at weekends. Speak to a member of the practice team to find out more.

Same Day Urgent Appointments

These are appointments for the treatment of new problems. These can be seen by your usual GP, if they are in surgery that day, but, in most cases, the Duty Doctor will handle these issues.

They are for 1 problem only and patients are asked to kindly respect this rule to ensure that the session runs on time.

Telephone Advice

If you require telephone advice, please contact the surgery before 11.30 am and a GP will ring you back at the end of surgery. Please note that when the doctor telephones you back it will come up as "private number".

Please telephone 0117 964 2211 at all times. Between 7.00pm and 8.00 am and during weekends there will be a recorded message giving details of the Out Of Hours GP Service. Please use this service for emergencies only and not for problems which can wait for the next available surgery.
