COMMUNITY CLINICS
Healthy Together Clinic (Leg Club)
Due to a change in funding and resourcing amongst the six practices in the local cluster (Go6), the Healthy Together Clinic will no longer be available to The Lennard Surgery patients in its current format at the Withywood Centre from 1st April 2019.
To ensure patients receive an equally good or better service in practice we will be running our own clinics on a Tuesday or Thursday every week. To make you aware this is not an open access clinic and will be by appointment only.
If you are new to the service you will be booked in after your initial appointment with the nursing team.
