Repeat Prescriptions

The system for ordering your repeat prescriptions is changing with effect from the 1st November 2017.  You will need to register for Patient Access.  Registering for Patient Access can be done by clicking this link https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/account/login

Registering for patient Access will give you access to online booking of appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and will also give you access to some of your medical records. The prescription ordering is simple to use, as you will just click on the items you require. If you have any questions please ask a member of the reception team.

thepillPlease place your written Repeat Prescription requests in the box in our surgery entrance. Wherever possible, please use the computer list sent with your last prescription.

2 WORKING DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED.

Prescriptions may be collected from reception or one of the local chemists if nominated by you.

Should you require your prescription to be mailed to you, please include a stamped addressed envelope with your request. Housebound patients ONLY may telephone for repeat prescriptions.
