The system for ordering your repeat prescriptions changed from the 1st November 2017. You will now need to register for Patient Access.
Registering for Patient Access can be done by presenting identification to the reception staff, who will then issue you with the necessary documentation to get you on the new system.
Registering for patient Access will give you access to online booking of appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and will also give you access to some of your medical records. If ordering your prescriptions online you can only order repeats. Any other messages/requests will not be seen or actioned, you will need to bring into the surgery in writing.
Please place your written Prescription requests in the box in our surgery entrance. Wherever possible, please use the computer list sent with your last prescription.
3 WORKING DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED
Prescriptions may be collected from reception or one of the local chemists if nominated by you.
Should you require your prescription to be mailed to you, please include a stamped addressed envelope with your request.
We do not accept prescription requests over the telephone as this may result in errors.
