If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Physical accessibility

The practice offers a ramp at the front of our surgery for easy access for wheelchairs and people who may struggle with steps.

We have a lift on the ground floor for access to the 1st floor.

There is a visual and audible screen that displays when the clinician is calling you in and all rooms are clearly labelled

How to make a complaint

We hope that we can sort most problems out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so AS SOON AS POSSIBLE – ideally within a matter of a few days. This will enable us to establish what happened more easily. After 1 July 2023, if you feel that the practice is unable to resolve your issues, you should complain directly Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) instead of NHS England.
