HRTea & Biscuits (Menopause Education Sessions)

Menopause is currently a hot topic, but there is a lot of misinformation circulating about it.

At the Lennard Surgery we are in the process of addressing this by running menopause education sessions on selected Saturday mornings.

The session have been well attended and we have received positive feedback.

Our aim is to give women up to date, accurate, evidence based information about the menopause and the various options available for menopause care.

Our sessions cover the definition of menopause, symptoms, treatment options, myth busting and explaining hormone replacement therapy use and its health benefits.

We hope to empower women to make informed decisions about their care during what can be a difficult time for many.

Please keep an eye on our social media pages for further information and dates for future sessions.
