Compliments & Complaints

We hope that we can sort most problems out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so AS SOON AS POSSIBLE – ideally within a matter of a few days. This will enable us to establish what happened more easily. After 1 July 2023, if you feel that the practice is unable to resolve your issues, you should complain directly Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) instead of NHS England.

We also love to hear from patients when they have had a good experience: If you would like to express your thanks to a member of the Lennard Surgery Team who you feel has gone above and beyond, you can do this by filling out a compliment form, writing a letter into the surgery or by verbally expressing your thanks to a member of the TLS team.
