Zero Tolerance Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.

Our practice operates a zero tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal abuse, shouting, or offensive language

• Threatening or intimidating behaviour

• Physical violence or damage to property

• Discrimination or harassment of any kind (including racist, sexist, or homophobic remarks)

• Abuse towards staff either in person, over the telephone, or online

Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Any patient or visitor who behaves in this way may be asked to leave the premises immediately. In serious cases, we may involve the police and/or take steps to remove individuals from our patient list in line with NHS guidelines.

Our staff are here to help you. We ask that you treat them with the same courtesy and respect that you would expect to receive.
