Practice Accessibility

Physical Accessibility
Our practice is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment for all patients.

We offer step-free access to the building via a ramp at the front of the surgery, making it easier for wheelchair users, parents with prams, and anyone who may have difficulty using steps.

Inside the practice, a lift is available from the ground floor to ensure easy access to all consultation rooms located on the first floor.

For patients with hearing or visual impairments, we have a clear call system in place. A visual and audible screen in the waiting area alerts you when the clinician is ready to see you. In addition, all rooms are clearly labelled to help you navigate the building with ease.

If you require any additional assistance during your visit, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our reception team, who will be happy to help.

Interpreter Services
We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to communicate in English when attending your appointment. To support our patients, we can arrange a professional telephone interpreter to be available during your consultation.

We work with an approved translation service to provide confidential and accurate interpreting in a wide range of languages.

If you require an interpreter, please let our reception team know when booking your appointment so that this can be arranged in advance.
